Job Summary

Coca-Cola Canada Bottling Limited is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Execution Lead to join our team in Sudbury. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for leading the Sales Execution team within the assigned area, ensuring our customers are always "in-stock" on shelves, displays, and in coolers across the Coke Canada portfolio of beverages.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop a team of Sales Execution Associates to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Collaborate with internal Sales and Customer Operations partners to ensure alignment on all initiatives.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Provide coaching and training to team members to enhance their sales skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field.
  • 1-3 years of progressive sales experience, preferably in a consumer goods organization.
  • Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
