- Education: College/CEGEP diploma or equivalent.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in sales leadership or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team.
- Language: English is the primary language of business.
- Work Hours: 30 hours per week.
