About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at Rajkumar Rocky Homes Inc. as an Office Administrator.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish Work Priorities: Ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met, maintaining a high level of productivity and efficiency.
  • Administer Policies and Procedures: Handle requests under government access to information and privacy legislation, adhering to established protocols and guidelines.
  • Coordinate Office Services: Plan and oversee office operations, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
  • Assist with Budgeting: Contribute to the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls, ensuring accurate financial management.
  • Prepare Reports and Correspondence: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence, presenting information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Perform Data Entry: Accurately and efficiently enter data into relevant systems, maintaining data integrity and security.
  • Train Staff: Provide guidance and support to colleagues, enhancing their skills and knowledge to achieve team goals.
  • Oversee Office Procedures: Coordinate and implement office administrative procedures, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Work Term and Language: This is a permanent position, and the primary work language is English, with the ability to work in a diverse environment.
  • Work Hours: The successful candidate will work 30 to 40 hours per week, depending on business needs.
