About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Coordinator to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. As an Office Coordinator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support
    • Provide administrative assistance to the team, including data entry, filing, and record-keeping.
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, manuals, and correspondence.
  • Office Management
    • Co-ordinate and plan for office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
    • Assist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
  • Communication and Customer Service
    • Respond to inquiries and provide information to clients and staff.
    • Assist in resolving conflict situations and provide excellent customer service.
  • Experience and Qualifications
    • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
    • Permanent employment.
    • Language of work: English.
    • Hours of work: 40 hours per week.
