Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrator to join our team at ForYou - Quality Immigration Solutions. As an Office Administrator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office.
Key Responsibilities- Establish Work Priorities
Develop and implement effective work priorities to ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met.
Carry Out Administrative ActivitiesPerform a range of administrative tasks, including data entry, report preparation, and correspondence.
Coordinate Office ServicesOversee the coordination of office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services.
Assist with Budget PreparationAssist in the preparation of the operating budget and maintain inventory and budgetary controls.
Prepare Reports and CorrespondenceAssemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence.
Perform Data EntryEnter data into our systems and maintain accurate records.
Oversee Office ProceduresOversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, ensuring they are followed and up-to-date.
Resolve Conflict SituationsResolve conflict situations in a professional and diplomatic manner.
Monitor and EvaluateMonitor and evaluate office procedures and operations to identify areas for improvement.
Work Term and HoursThis is a permanent position, working 40 hours per week.
Requirements- Education
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
Experience1 to less than 7 months of experience in an administrative role.
LanguageFluent in English.
