Salary: 52k + commission
About the Role
This is an exciting opportunity for a sales-driven individual who can provide exceptional support to customers while building their own book of business. The successful candidate will be a key member of our team, responsible for generating new business opportunities and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly targets
- BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS AND PARTNERS
- Provide expert-level support to clients, including needs assessments, solution development, and implementation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and drive revenue growth
Requirements
- High school diploma required; degree in business or related field preferred
- At least two years of prior work experience in retail, marketing, business development, food service, insurance sales, or another relevant industry
- Proven skills in teamwork, resilience, negotiation, trust-building, and a "never lose" mentality
