You will have access to industry-competitive compensation, including an estimated salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per annum based on location and experience.
Job DescriptionThe Break Relief Coordinator plays a critical role in ensuring smooth airport operations by administering breaks to Screening Personnel and Hourly Non-Screening Personnel at Screening Checkpoints.
- Create and manage break schedules for all personnel at Screening Checkpoints.
- Monitor break times to ensure employees take breaks and return to duties promptly.
- Arrange relief by providing trained personnel to checkpoints.
To succeed in this role, you must possess:
- A Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident with 1 year of experience working in the aviation industry, union, or related field.
- Diploma or Degree in a related field, preferably with knowledge of Labour Relations and Collective Agreements.
- Excellent organizational, customer service, and crisis management skills.
- Fluency in English (verbal and written), French as an asset.
