Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Radiation Therapy Specialist to join our Radiation Oncology Program, providing radiation therapy services for cancer patients and education and training for radiation therapy students. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting the growth and development of our team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide clinical services, coordinate and supervise radiation therapy treatments
- Teach and mentor radiation therapy students, residents, and staff as needed
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive patient care plans
Requirements:
To be considered for this opportunity, you must possess:
- A graduate degree from an accredited school of Radiation Therapy (required)
- Bachelor Degree in a health-related field (preferred)
- Advanced credentials, such as CTIC, CMD, CDS (desired)
- CAMRT full-length courses or other related post-secondary courses and professional awards/honors (asset)
Experience:
The ideal candidate will have a minimum three years of experience in radiation therapy, with recent experience preferred. Senior or supervisory experience and relief duties would be highly valued.

Salary and Benefits:
This position offers a competitive salary range of $41,893 - $49,293 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and extended health benefits, as well as a generous pension plan.
