Office Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative Assistant to join our team at Hunjan Renovation Ltd. in an exciting opportunity.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination of projects and programs.
Manage and maintain accurate records, statistics, and other information, providing valuable insights to inform business decisions.
Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels, ensuring the smooth operation of our day-to-day activities.
Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliation, to support financial operations.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on various projects, collaborate with colleagues, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.
Our ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications:
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role
Additionally, we offer a competitive salary range of $40,000 - $55,000 per year, depending on experience, as well as a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision coverage, and access to ongoing training and development opportunities.
This is a permanent position, working 35-40 hours per week, with a fixed schedule and regular breaks.
English is the primary language used in this role, and proficiency in this language is required.
