About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at Jack R. Bowerman, CPA - Professional Corporation. As an Administrative Support Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by providing administrative support to our team members.

Key Responsibilities
  • Office Administration: Provide administrative support to our team members, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Communication: Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
  • Data Management: Compile and maintain accurate data, statistics, and other information as required.
  • Supply Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels to ensure a well-stocked office.
  • Customer Service: Greet clients and visitors, and direct them to the appropriate contact or service area.
  • Technology: Maintain and update manual and computerized information filing systems, and perform data entry tasks as required.
  • Correspondence: Type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents to ensure accuracy and professionalism.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Language: English.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Windows, MS Word, and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Transportation: Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle.
