At Synergie Hunt International, we're committed to excellence in administrative support. As a Billing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of billing information and maintaining strong relationships with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Verify and process billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and issues
  • Manage client portfolios and maintain up-to-date records
  • Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner
  • Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise

Requirements:

  • College diploma or degree in finance or a related field
  • At least 1 year of experience in client billing or a related field
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
