Administrative Assistant

At Synergie Hunt International, we're committed to excellence in administrative support. As a Billing Coordinator, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the accuracy of billing information and maintaining strong relationships with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Verify and process billing reports to ensure accuracy and completeness
- Communicate effectively with clients to resolve billing inquiries and issues
- Manage client portfolios and maintain up-to-date records
- Prepare and send invoices in a timely manner
- Reconcile account discrepancies and resolve any issues that may arise
Requirements:
- College diploma or degree in finance or a related field
- At least 1 year of experience in client billing or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
