Branch Coordinator

The Opportunity:
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Branch Administrator to join our team at Refrigerative Supply Limited.
The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the Branch Manager in all aspects of administration, inventory control, daily cash reports, bank deposits, and warranty claims.
The Branch Administrator will also provide support to sales and warehouse staff during busy periods.
- Follow up on customer inquiries such as duplicate billing, backorders, etc.
- Answer incoming calls and enter customer orders during busy times.
- Provide administrative support to the warehouse, including receiving products during busy times.
- Resolve supplier receiving issues or discrepancies.
- Provide support to all branch staff in the use of P21 warehouse and sales functions, including training new hires.
Accounting Responsibilities
- Closing Moneris terminals and balancing cash reports on a daily basis.
- Preparing and reconciling bank deposits and taking them to the bank.
- Taking customer credit card payments over the phone, processing transactions online, and forwarding receipts to the credit department.
- Handling customer account inquiries such as invoice copies, shortages, and payments.
Inventory Management
- Checking and filing packing slips, including identifying shipping errors.
- Notifying the purchasing agent or handling supplier shipping errors.
- Preparing freight claims.
- Investigating inventory issues and assisting with branch inventory clean-up.
- Assisting with the preparation and organization of annual inventory count.
Requirements
- Deliver superior customer service.
- Able to handle difficult customers with diplomacy and tact.
- Capable of following written instructions and documented procedures.
- Accurate and attention to detail.
- Basic computer and keyboarding skills.
- Problem-solving and analytical ability.
- Motivated self-starter, comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

- Professional demeanor.
- Effective listening, communication, and negotiating skills.
Education and Experience
- High school diploma.
- Minimum 2 years' administration experience.
