Parts Coordinator

We are seeking a skilled Parts Person to assist customers in locating required parts, provide pricing, and complete online parts orders.
The ideal candidate will have a solid foundation of parts/warehousing knowledge and skills, with previous experience in the parts industry preferred.
The successful candidate will be responsible for unloading, receiving, and storing incoming parts and other materials in the warehouse and yard, locating parts and other materials, and shipping to customers and other branches.
Additional duties will include providing assistance to branch service technicians, placing inventory stock orders, making inventory and bin adjustments, and accurately documenting and reporting all shipping, receiving, inventory, and stock information.
The successful candidate will also be able to work without direct supervision, lift up to 50 pounds, and work in a high-pressure environment safely.
Strong communication skills, effective problem-solving skills, and the ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from co-workers, managers, customers, and the general public are essential for this role.
