At United Rentals, we're seeking a skilled Logistics Supervisor to coordinate and direct the overall delivery of quality service, maximizing branch, metro, and district productivity. As a key member of our team, you will work closely with the Branch Manager and other leadership employees to ensure safety, branch metric performance, and Rental Flow efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Branch Manager in implementing actions to achieve financial objectives and ensure compliance with all company policies.
  • Drive branch, metro, and district metrics by monitoring scorecard items, determining root causes, and providing coaching and feedback to staff.
  • Maximize operational effectiveness and efficiency by ensuring staff is trained and compliant with the Rental Flow Process.
  • Motivate, coach, and train personnel to promote a culture of safety and discipline.

Requirements:

  • High School diploma; Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • 3+ years of sales and operational experience.
  • 2+ years supervision and leadership experience.
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (particularly Excel).
