Job Summary

Royal Bank of Canada is seeking an Administrative Assistant to provide high-quality support to multiple Investment Advisor teams and the branch. This role involves coordinating meetings, providing proactive client service, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate meetings and prepare materials for Advisors and clients.
  • Provide exceptional client service, resolving issues and addressing concerns in a timely manner.
  • Manage client inquiries, account transactions, and documentation.
  • Assist with client onboarding and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate with various departments to ensure seamless execution.
Requirements
  • Strong Microsoft Office Suite skills and excellent time management abilities.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Aptitude to build quality relationships and provide world-class client service.
  • Knowledge of RBC Dominion Securities' systems and procedures is an asset.

The expected base salary range for this position is $35,000 - $42,000, depending on experience, skills, and registration status. RBC's robust discretionary bonus program provides opportunities for additional compensation.
