Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented High-Level Administrative Coordinator to join our team at SAFETRADE EXPRESS INC.

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is between $40,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience.

Job Description

This role involves providing administrative support to our team, including coordinating the flow of information, planning daily operations, and maintaining digital databases. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and be able to work effectively in a team environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate the distribution of mail and other materials
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing calendars
  • Maintain accurate records and databases
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to phone calls, emails, and in-person inquiries
  • Schedule meetings and appointments, ensuring timely follow-up and communication with attendees
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A secondary school graduation certificate or equivalent
  • Experience in an administrative role, preferably in a similar industry
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ability to learn new software quickly
