Job Description
We are seeking an experienced High-Level Support Specialist to join our team at Ontario Inc. This role is a great opportunity for individuals who enjoy working in fast-paced environments and providing top-notch support to our clients.
About the Role
This position involves a wide range of tasks, including arranging and coordinating seminars, conferences, and other events. You will also be responsible for evaluating daily operations, planning and organizing daily tasks, supervising other workers, and recording and preparing minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences.
Key Responsibilities
- Arrange and coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Evaluate daily operations to ensure everything runs smoothly
- Plan and organize daily tasks to maximize productivity
- Supervise other workers to ensure they have the necessary resources to complete their tasks
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Schedule and confirm appointments with clients and colleagues
- Answer telephone calls and relay messages to the relevant personnel
- Answer electronic enquiries from clients and provide them with information on our services
- Compile data, statistics, and other information to help us make informed business decisions
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels
- Arrange travel, itineraries, and make reservations as needed
- Greet clients and direct them to the relevant personnel or service areas
- Supervise office staff and volunteers to ensure they are working efficiently
- Prepare and key in correspondence and legal documents
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A strong understanding of administrative procedures and protocols
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- A high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
Salary Information
The salary for this position is estimated to be between $45,000 and $60,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
