Job SummaryThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction. This is a permanent position offering a competitive salary and benefits package.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate seminars, conferences, and other events
- Manage the flow of information within the team
- Direct daily operations and supervise staff
- Evaluate daily operations and motivate staff
- Plan and control budget and expenditures
- Record and prepare minutes of meetings, seminars, and conferences
- Analyze employee data and information
- Compile data, statistics, and other information
- Prepare reports and respond to employee questions and complaints
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 7 months of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, and MS Word
- MS PowerPoint and Google Drive
- Basic security clearance
- Own transportation
