About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at THE CASH HUT CORPORATION. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to our management team, including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing correspondence.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including minutes of meetings, reports, and other documents.
  • Communication: Develop and implement effective communication strategies to ensure seamless communication between teams and departments.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate and manage projects, including planning, organizing, and evaluating daily operations.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Experience with Quick Books is an asset.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Qualities: Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, be flexible, and accurate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role. Permanent position, 35 to 40 hours per week.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Work Setting: Willing to relocate, finance and insurance industry
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in Google Docs, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word. Experience with Quick Books is an asset.
  • Technical Terminology: Familiarity with financial terminology
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
  • Personal Suitability: Possess excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask, be flexible, and accurate.
