About the Role

Brunel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to join our team. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with key clients, identifying new business opportunities, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, understanding their needs and preferences to identify new business opportunities.
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities, developing and executing strategies to drive sales growth.
  • Sales and Marketing: Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop and implement sales strategies, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities, informing business development strategies.
  • Travel and Meetings: Travel to client sites, attending meetings and presentations to build relationships and identify new business opportunities.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Track and analyze sales data, providing insights and recommendations to inform business development strategies.
Requirements
  • Exceptional Communication Skills: Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and stakeholders.
  • Business Acumen: Demonstrate a strong understanding of business principles, with the ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Organizational Skills: Possess excellent organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Travel Requirements: Be willing to travel regularly, with a valid passport and driver's license.
  • Technical Skills: Possess strong Microsoft Office skills, with the ability to analyze and present data effectively.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in a business development or sales role, with a proven track record of driving sales growth.
