**About the Role**

MEOGROUP Canada, a leading consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and entrepreneurial Business Development Manager to join our team in Montreal. This key role will be responsible for driving business growth and development, leading cross-functional teams, and managing client relationships.

Key Responsibilities**

  • Business Development**
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive prospecting and networking.
    • Develop and execute strategic plans to drive revenue growth and expand our client base.
    • Collaborate with sales teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Client Relationship Management**
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance and support to drive business results.
    • Manage client projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring timely and quality results.
  • Team Leadership**
    • Lead and develop high-performing teams of consultants, providing coaching, mentoring, and training to ensure their success.
    • Recruit and select new team members, ensuring a strong fit with our company culture and values.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery of projects and services.
  • Financial Management**
    • Manage and optimize the financial performance of your team, ensuring profitability and growth.
    • Develop and execute financial plans to drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
    • Collaborate with finance teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Requirements**

  • Education**
    • Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Experience**
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing.
    • Proven track record of driving business growth and revenue expansion.
  • Skills**
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
