Job Description

Business Manager

MEOGROUP Canada, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Manager to join our team in Montreal.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:
    • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Quebec market.
    • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
    • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Client Management:
    • Ensure client satisfaction and deliver high-quality services.
    • Act as a single point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
    • Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
  • Team Management:
    • Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
    • Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
    • Motivate and engage team members to achieve exceptional results.
  • Financial Management:
    • Manage and optimize financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
    • Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
    • Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Education:
    • Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • Experience:
    • Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, commercial management, or related field.
  • Skills:
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
