Business Manager
MEOGROUP Canada, a leading management consulting firm, is seeking a highly motivated and ambitious Business Manager to join our team in Montreal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the Quebec market.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and market share.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Client Management:
- Ensure client satisfaction and deliver high-quality services.
- Act as a single point of contact for clients and provide exceptional customer service.
- Manage client relationships and identify opportunities for growth.
- Team Management:
- Lead and manage a team of consultants to deliver projects and achieve business objectives.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Motivate and engage team members to achieve exceptional results.
- Financial Management:
- Manage and optimize financial performance, including revenue, expenses, and profitability.
- Develop and implement financial strategies to drive business growth.
- Monitor and analyze financial data to inform business decisions.
Requirements:
- Education:
- Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
- Experience:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, commercial management, or related field.
- Skills:
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
