The Administrative Assistant role at My Future Canada is an exciting opportunity for a detail-oriented and organized individual to join our team.

We are seeking a skilled professional who can provide administrative support in a fast-paced environment. As an Administrative Assistant, you will be responsible for maintaining the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring seamless communication with colleagues and clients, and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements
  • Prepare and edit documents, reports, and presentations
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and files
  • Respond to phone calls, emails, and other correspondence
  • Provide administrative support to senior staff members

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education preferred
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace
  • Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
