This position plays a pivotal role in the Employer Solutions division, representing LifeWorks effectively and supporting corporate objectives across Canada. The Enterprise Sales Growth Manager works seamlessly with leaders and teams from Account Management, Marketing, Communications, Operations, Finance, and others to ensure successful campaign execution in line with strategic plans.
- Elevate pipeline management to guarantee quota target coverage
- Achieve quarterly and annual financial targets
- Develop a direct sales channel through an account-based sales model and targeted outreach strategy
- Promote well-being solutions via both direct and broker/consultant channels
- Confidently represent LifeWorks in business presentations, relationships, community initiatives, and networking activities
- Nurture new broker channel relationships and influence their decision-making processes
- Maintain long-term partnerships with existing partners
- Communicate professionally, articulating the LifeWorks business proposition and ROI model persuasively
- Oversee the full sales cycle, from opportunity identification through negotiation and close of sale, with a focus on prospecting
