Enterprise Growth Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Enterprise Growth Manager to join our team at Theta Lake.
The Position
This is a unique opportunity to take on a leadership role in driving revenue growth and developing strong relationships with senior decision-makers in the enterprise space.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and working closely with cross-functional teams to drive sales and customer success.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute account strategies to drive revenue growth and expand existing customer relationships.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting and qualification to closing deals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with senior decision-makers and stakeholders to ensure alignment and trust.
- Stay informed on industry trends, emerging compliance needs, and competitive positioning to effectively communicate value to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with our UC partners to resell Theta Lake solutions and drive growth in the market.
- Track all interactions and progress within CRM systems, ensuring data integrity and reporting accuracy.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs through strategic account planning and disciplined execution.

What We OfferWe offer a competitive salary range of $145,000 - $190,000 per year, plus commission, equity, and benefits. Our compensation package reflects the value we place on your skills, qualifications, experience, location, and market conditions.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Early-stage company building experience in enterprise sales and account management.

- Strong understanding of technology solutions for unified communications, compliance call recording, electronic communication archiving, insider risk, and data loss protection.
- Experience working with large, highly regulated organizations in industry verticals such as financial institutions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
