About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Executive to drive sales revenue and manage relationships with our largest Enterprise accounts. As a quota-carrying sales position, this role requires a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales cycles and build strong relationships with key decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a tailored sales strategy for each Enterprise account, focusing on driving Postman Enterprise adoption and growth.
  • Take ownership of the full sales cycle from lead to close, ensuring timely and effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Provide regular progress reports to leadership, highlighting successes and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Solutions Engineering and Customer Success Managers, to deliver customized solutions that meet customer needs and drive long-term value.
  • Navigate complex technical and business discussions with senior-level decision-makers, effectively communicating the value proposition of Postman Enterprise.
Requirements:
  • 5+ years of experience in Account Management or Sales, preferably in an enterprise SaaS organization.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing large-scale sales pipelines and closing significant contracts.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to present to senior managers and the C-suite.
  • Able to develop strong relationships quickly and effectively, navigating within Enterprise organizations with ease.
  • Experience managing multiple opportunities simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Strong understanding of developer and technical products, with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
