Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced High-Performance Sales and Leasing Director to lead our sales and leasing teams in the GTA market. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, building a high-performing team, and delivering innovative results.
About the Role
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in sales and/or leasing, with a strong professional network of agents/brokers in the pre-construction sales industry. You will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, leading a talented team, and executing sales and leasing strategies defined by executive teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales and Leasing Leadership: Manage the sales and leasing centres, schedule staff, and provide onsite presence during core hours and events.
- Team Management: Mentor and manage sales, leasing, and administrative team members, growing and maintaining an established network of external agents/brokers.
- Marketing Strategy Execution: Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective articulation of brand messaging, execute marketing and communications strategy, and direct design and execution of marketing materials.
- Project Collaboration: Advise internal project teams on project design, including building amenities and floorplans to maximize purchase value.
Requirements
- Education: Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field is an asset.
- Experience: 5+ years in professional sales and/or leasing position in an active market (prefer 3+ years in real estate).
- Skills: Strong professional network of agents/brokers, passion for developing innovative solutions, established track record in leading and managing diverse professionals, and building high-performance teams.
Salary Estimate: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on location and experience.
