Strategic Sales Director for Residential Developments

SmartCentres IP Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Director to lead our residential development sales team in the GTA. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving sales growth, building high-performing teams, and executing innovative sales strategies.
The Sales Director will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sales centres, including scheduling, training, and performance management of sales staff. They will also work closely with our corporate marketing team to develop and execute sales and leasing strategies that meet our business objectives.
We are looking for a results-driven individual with a passion for sales, leadership, and customer service. The successful candidate will have a strong network of external agents and brokers, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to think creatively and strategically.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work on a wide range of exciting projects, from market condominiums to single-family homes and purpose-built rental units. You will also have the chance to develop and implement new sales strategies, build relationships with key stakeholders, and contribute to the growth and success of our company.
About the Role:
- Lead the sales and leasing team to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
- Develop and execute sales and leasing strategies that meet business objectives
- Manage the day-to-day operations of sales centres, including scheduling, training, and performance management
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective brand messaging and sales strategy alignment
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including external agents and brokers
About You:
- 5+ years of experience in sales and/or leasing, preferably in the real estate industry
- A strong network of external agents and brokers
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to think creatively and strategically
- Post-graduate degree in business, marketing, or a related field would be an asset
Salary:$120,000 - $150,000 per year, depending on experience
