Strategic Sales and Leasing Leader for Residential Developments

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager, Sales and Leasing to lead our sales and leasing efforts in the GTA. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build a talented team and drive growth and profitability through strategic decision making.

Job SummaryThe Senior Manager, Sales and Leasing will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our sales and leasing centres, including staff scheduling, event planning, and marketing strategy execution. This role requires excellent leadership skills, a strong network of external agents and brokers, and the ability to work effectively with internal project teams.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage Sales and Leasing Operations: Oversee the daily activities of our sales and leasing teams, ensuring efficient and effective delivery of services.
- Schedule Staff and Manage Events: Coordinate staff schedules, manage events such as open houses and sales launches, and ensure seamless execution.
- Mentor and Lead Team Members: Provide guidance, support, and development opportunities to team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
- Build and Maintain External Network: Establish and maintain relationships with external agents and brokers, growing our network and driving sales and leasing growth.
- Execute Marketing Strategy: Work closely with our corporate marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy, ensuring alignment with company messaging and goals.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Partner with project teams to advise on project design, including building amenities and floor plans, to maximize purchase value.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- 5+ years of experience in professional sales and/or leasing, preferably in real estate.
- A strong professional network of agents and brokers in the pre-construction sales industry.
- Innovative problem-solving skills to drive business growth and excellence.
- Exceptional leadership skills to build and motivate high-performing teams.
- Strong communication and presentation skills to facilitate collaboration and represent our company externally.
