Job Title: Senior Manager, Sales and Leasing
Reports To: Executive Vice President, Development
Department: Residential
The Senior Manager, Sales and Leasing will lead the sales and leasing team at SmartCentres IP Inc. and be responsible for the sales and leasing of all residential developments within the SmartLiving portfolio in the GTA, including market condominiums, single-family homes, and purpose-built rental units. This role will build, lead, and develop a talented, high-performance team to deliver innovative, market-driven results in a timely and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the day-to-day operations of the sales and leasing centres.
- Manage the schedule of all sales, leasing, and administrative staff.
- Be the onsite presence in the sales/leasing centers from Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 7pm as core hours.
- Be available during events, sales launch, open houses, and other events outside of core hours.
- Mentor and manage sales, leasing, and administrative team members.
- Grow and maintain an established network of external agents/brokers.
- Execute the sales and leasing strategy as defined by the executive teams.
- Work closely with the corporate marketing team to ensure effective and consistent articulation of brand and messaging to various audiences, both public-facing and internal, ensuring alignment of company messaging.
- Execute the marketing and communications strategy for sales and leasing projects as defined by the executive team.
- Provide direction for the design and execution of marketing materials and coordinate the production and delivery of marketing materials to end users.
- Work with internal project teams to advise on project design, including design of the building, amenities, and floorplans to maximize purchase value.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Undergraduate degree in business, marketing, communication, real estate, or equivalent.
- Post-graduate degree in marketing or related field would be an asset.
