At Big Als Aquarium Supercentres, we are seeking an experienced Sales Director to lead our sales efforts and drive growth in the company. This role is responsible for managing a team of sales professionals and providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their sales targets. The Sales Director will also be responsible for analyzing market trends, identifying opportunities, and developing plans to capture new business. - Develop and execute effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure alignment and coordination on sales initiatives
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments to remain competitive

Requirements:
- 5+ years of sales leadership experience
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Bachelor's degree in Business or related field
