At Eny Consulting Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to drive sales and expand our client base in Canada. This dynamic role requires a results-oriented professional who can identify new business opportunities, build relationships with potential clients, and contribute to the growth and success of our organization.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and self-driven individual to join our team and play a crucial role in shaping our business development strategy. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for:

Lead Generation and Prospecting

You will conduct research to identify potential clients and target markets, generate leads through various channels, and proactively reach out to potential clients to introduce our services and solutions. You will also qualify leads and assess their fit with our offerings.

Client Relationship Building

You will build and nurture relationships with potential clients to understand their business needs and challenges. You will conduct effective sales presentations and demonstrations to showcase the value of our services and collaborate with our Business Development Manager and subject matter experts to address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions.

Sales Pipeline Management

You will manage the sales pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions in our CRM system. You will follow up on leads and convert them into qualified opportunities and collaborate with our Business Development Manager to develop and implement strategies to move prospects through the sales process.

Market Research and Analysis

You will stay informed about industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities. You will conduct market research and analysis to identify potential niches, industry segments, and growth opportunities and provide insights and recommendations to our Business Development Manager and leadership team for strategic decision-making.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the consulting or professional services industry. They will have strong sales and negotiation skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to build relationships and engage effectively with clients. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
