Director of Canadian Business Expansion

OverviewT-Net British Columbia, a leading technology and business network, partners with us to drive innovation and economic growth in the region. As our ideal candidate, you'll have a proven track record of leading sales functions in B2B environments and overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business.
About the RoleWe're offering a highly competitive salary ranging from $120,000 to $180,000 per annum, depending on your experience, plus top-tier health benefits, dental, and vision insurance. Our hybrid work environment allows for flexibility, with an expectation of local Clions (Vancouver, Calgary, Toronto, and Dublin) to be in office at least 50% of the time.
Main Responsibilities- Develop a strategic vision for Canada to achieve revenue goals, growth, and increase market share
- Directly manage, mentor, and expand a dedicated Canadian sales team
- Collaborate with marketing to ensure effective campaigns and raise awareness among legal professionals
- Work closely with Engineering and Product teams to shape a strategic roadmap leveraging market insights and customer feedback
- Represent Clio at events and deliver presentations to current and prospective clients, business partners, and law schools
- General Manager experience, overseeing multiple aspects of running/scaling a business
- SaaS leadership experience, overseeing sales functions in B2B environments
- Marketing knowledge, GTM strategy, and demand generation
- Knowledge of the local legal market across Canada
- History of creating high-performing cultures and teams that are inspired to do better and think bigger as a result of your leadership
- Competitive salary range: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
