At LotusFlare, an innovative technology company based in Santa Clara, California, we're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Sales Director to drive our business expansion in the Americas.

We're a leader in digital transformation solutions, providing accessible connectivity services globally. Our flagship product, LotusFlare DNO Cloud, offers a cloud commerce and monetization managed service as a digital business support system (BSS) for Communications Services Providers (CSPs).

Job Description

This role will be responsible for driving the expansion of LotusFlare's business in the Americas, contributing to sales and business development initiatives with the goal of adding new accounts and growing existing ones.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Identify, qualify, and advance opportunities based on their probability and potential value within assigned accounts or territories.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with executives in the telecom, cloud, and system integrator (SI) domains in the Americas to build brand access and access to opportunities.
  • Proactively identify ways for LotusFlare to bring more value to clients through its software, services, and other assets.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • 8+ years of experience in enterprise sales, business development, or account management.
  • 3+ years of experience working for an enterprise software company that sells into CSPs.
  • Successful examples of full-lifecycle sales experience with complex technical solutions.
  • Creative problem-solving skills to identify innovative solutions and sales strategies.
  • Ability to analyze data and translate it into professional sales presentations.
  • Executive presence with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with project management and client delivery.
Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this role is $150,000 - $200,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, and generous paid time off.
