As a seasoned professional in go-to-market teams, you have the opportunity to join Airwallex as a Global Expansion Director - Customer Acquisition. We're looking for someone who can take our Canadian business to new heights, scaling it exponentially through strategic initiatives and team building.

About the Role
  • Develop and execute growth strategies for our Canadian market, collaborating closely with commercial and strategy leaders.
  • Leverage your expertise in modern customer acquisition operations to drive results across all aspects of the customer lifecycle.
  • Partner with Americas and Global Marketing to design and implement effective customer acquisition campaigns.
  • Build strong channel partnerships with local vendors to expand our reach.
  • Work closely with other regions and the global Product team to create the right user experience and tools for continued growth.

About You
  • A minimum of 10+ years of experience in go-to-market teams, with at least 5 years of managing teams of over 10 people.
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field.
  • Creativity and data-driven approach to growth strategies.

We offer a competitive salary range of $200,000-$300,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
