Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Marketing Director to drive the global expansion of our business across two core product lines. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and grow revenue in-line with corporate goals.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for navigating ambiguity, driving clarity, influencing, and potentially managing a team. Demonstrable expertise in technology product marketing, product positioning & messaging, external communications, digital channel management, customer & competitive intelligence is essential.

With 10+ years of relevant experience, you will have a strong track record of setting and delivering against measurable marketing metrics, as well as a consistent ability to create a range of marketing assets and use data and analytics to drive decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive global expansion and growth.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to define differentiated, clear, and customer-centric narratives, value props, positioning, and messaging.
  • Create compelling messaging and positioning for technology products, including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks, and product data sheets.
  • Map out the technical and procurement buyer's journey and produce high-quality content that supports marketing campaigns for both product lines.
  • Conduct competitive research, customer requirements definition, and business case evaluation for enterprise software products.
  • Oversight of all marketing team deliverables to ensure high quality and alignment with customer needs.
Requirements:
  • Ambitious and results-driven marketing professional with 10+ years of experience in technology product marketing.
  • Proven track record of driving growth and revenue through effective marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrable expertise in technology product marketing, product positioning & messaging, external communications, digital channel management, customer & competitive intelligence.
  • Ability to create a range of marketing assets, including on-message product demo videos, sharp succinct slide pitch-decks, and product data sheets.
  • Strong presentation skills, executive presence, and ability to deal with ambiguity.
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.
Salary Range: $150,000 - $200,000 per year
