About the Role:

We are looking for a seasoned Business Development professional to lead our expansion efforts in Canada. As the ideal candidate, you will have a proven track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships in the Canadian rail civil engineering market. You will be responsible for developing strategies to expand our existing client base and positioning us for new business opportunities in the mobility sector.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to support overall business development goals in the target market segments.
  • Contribute to the growth of Sener in Canada through business development, key pursuit, and sales strategy.
  • Lead and/or conduct business development efforts, including market research, client relationships, teaming process, developing bids, and securing contracts.
  • Utilize, maintain, and monitor the opportunity pipeline to optimize business development plans.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business development at the Director or Senior Manager level.
  • Elite Business Development and relationship building skills.
  • Deep knowledge of the local business market from a technical and business standpoint.
  • A proven track record of establishing and maintaining client relationships in the Canadian rail civil engineering market.
  • Business analytical skills and knowledge of advanced negotiating approaches and tactics.
  • Ability to report data and analyze data for relevant trends.

What We Offer:

As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, as well as retirement savings plan options.
