About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned Expansion Strategy Leader to spearhead our Canadian business growth, driving exponential expansion and solidifying our position as a global payments and financial platform leader.

Key Responsibilities
  • Main Objectives: Collaborate with commercial and strategy leaders to develop and execute growth initiatives across all customer lifecycle stages (acquisition, activation, retention, and upselling).
  • Customer Acquisition Operations: Leverage expertise in building multi-functional, multi-channel customer acquisition operations to drive sustained growth.
  • Product Positioning: Help define key verticals, positioning, and value proposition of our products to fuel expansion.
  • Channel Partnerships: Partner with local vendors to build strategic channel partnerships.
About You

To succeed in this role, you will bring at least 10 years of experience in go-to-market teams, with a minimum of 5 years managing teams of 10 or more people. A Bachelor's Degree in a related field is required.

What We Offer

A competitive salary of $160,000 - $200,000 per year, commensurate with experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth in a dynamic, innovative environment.
