Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Shift Manager to join our team at Wendy's Restaurant. As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and that our food quality meets our high standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Supervision
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of our restaurant staff, including cooks, food service counter attendants, and food preparers.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
  • Operations Management
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that our restaurant is running efficiently.
    • Estimate ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that our customers receive exceptional service and that their complaints or concerns are addressed promptly and professionally.
  • Reporting and Record-Keeping
    • Prepare and submit reports on sales, inventory, and other key performance indicators.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a restaurant or food service environment.
  • Work Setting
    • Restaurant environment with fast-paced and dynamic conditions.
  • Physical Capabilities
    • Ability to stand for extended periods and work under pressure.
  • Personal Suitability
    • Flexibility and ability to work as part of a team.
