Key Responsibilities

- Manage restaurant operations, including inventory management, labor scheduling, and supply chain logistics.

- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and development opportunities to ensure team members are equipped to meet their roles and responsibilities.

Requirements
- Proven track record of success in a restaurant management role, with a strong understanding of restaurant operations, customer service, and team leadership.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and business acumen, with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in hospitality, business, or a related field an asset.
