About You
To be successful in this role, you will need to have a high school diploma or equivalent and at least one year of experience in an administrative position. You will also need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include delegating work to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. You will also be responsible for carrying out administrative activities, assisting in the preparation of operating budgets, maintaining inventory and budgetary controls, assembling data, and preparing periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. Additionally, you will oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures, including managing computer systems and technology.
Computer and Technology Knowledge
You will be required to have strong computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office. Familiarity with other software applications and technologies is an asset.
Benefits and Perks
This is a permanent full-time role offering 35 hours of work per week. The salary range for this position is $45,000-$60,000 per year, depending on experience.
