We are seeking a reliable and organized Executive Support Specialist to support our office operations in Burnaby.

Job Overview:

The successful candidate will be responsible for a variety of administrative tasks, ensuring that our office runs efficiently and smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Answering phones, greeting visitors, and handling incoming communications with a high level of professionalism.
  • Scheduling appointments and meetings, utilizing strong organizational skills to ensure seamless coordination.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date filing systems and managing office documentation with attention to detail.
  • Providing administrative support in preparing reports and presentations for management, leveraging MS Office proficiency.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) is essential.
