Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and evaluating new administrative procedures, delegating tasks to office support staff, establishing work priorities, and ensuring procedures are followed and deadlines are met. Additionally, they will carry out administrative activities, assist in preparing the operating budget, maintain inventory and budgetary controls, assemble data, and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence. They will also oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures.

Responsibilities
  • Review and evaluate new administrative procedures
  • Delegate tasks to office support staff
  • Establish work priorities and ensure procedures are followed and deadlines are met
  • Carry out administrative activities
  • Assist in preparing the operating budget
  • Maintain inventory and budgetary controls
  • Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence
  • Oversee and coordinate office administrative procedures
