We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented professional to join our team as a Project Coordinator. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in supporting the delivery of commercial construction projects.

As a key member of our project management team, you will assist in planning, organizing, and executing projects from pre-construction through to completion. You will work closely with the Project Manager and site teams to ensure timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.

About the Role:

  • Support the Project Manager in planning, organizing, and executing projects.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and meeting minutes.
  • Assist in the preparation and maintenance of project schedules, budgets, and procurement plans.
  • C coordinate and communicate with subcontractors, consultants, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Manage project cost tracking and forecasting.
  • Organize site logistics and manage material deliveries.
  • Monitor safety protocols and compliance with project specifications and standards.
  • Provide progress reports and updates to key stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years of experience in a Project Coordinator role within the construction industry.
  • Degree or diploma in construction management, civil engineering, or a related discipline.
  • Solid understanding of commercial construction processes, including tenant improvements and new builds.
  • Proficiency in construction software such as Procore, Bluebeam, or MS Project is an asset.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive problem-solving mindset.
  • Knowledge of construction drawings, contracts, and scheduling techniques.
