About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. as an Operations Lead. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer service are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operations Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the restaurant.
  • Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management: Manage the restaurant's finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and controlling costs.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue and customer engagement.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that the restaurant meets all health and safety regulations, including food safety and workplace safety.
  • Inventory Management: Manage the restaurant's inventory, including ordering and receiving supplies, and maintaining accurate records.
  • Staff Development: Provide training and development opportunities to staff members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements
  • Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work under pressure, and strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, and MS Windows.
