About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Restaurant Operations Manager to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving business growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Management
    • Lead and motivate a team of 11-15 employees to achieve business objectives
    • Conduct performance reviews and provide coaching and development opportunities
  • Operational Excellence
    • Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient service delivery
    • Monitor and control costs, including food, labor, and inventory expenses
    • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and provincial/territorial liquor legislation
  • Customer Service
    • Develop and implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and timely manner
  • Business Development
    • Identify opportunities to increase revenue and improve profitability
    • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones
Requirements
  • Education and Experience
    • College, CEGEP, or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1-2 years
    • 1-2 years of experience in a restaurant management role
  • Skills and Qualifications
    • Excellent leadership and communication skills
    • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
    • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook
    • Experience with point of sale systems and electronic cash registers
