Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at 15149576 CANADA INC. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and Coordinate Staff: Oversee the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring efficient and effective service delivery.
- Train and Develop Staff: Provide training and guidance to staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and customer satisfaction.
- Quality Control and Assurance: Ensure that food and service meet high quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
- Budgeting and Cost Estimation: Prepare and manage budgets, estimating ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner, ensuring a positive dining experience.
- Record Keeping and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business improvement.
The successful candidate will work in a fast-paced restaurant environment, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our food service operations.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service supervisory role.
- Language: English.
- Work Schedule: 40 hours per week.
