Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Staff Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to ensure a safe and healthy work environment.
- Operations Management: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, ensuring that food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards, maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Reporting and Record-Keeping: Prepare and submit reports on sales, stock, and other relevant metrics to inform business decisions.
- Team Management: Establish work schedules, estimate ingredient and supply requirements, and maintain records of stock, repairs, and wastage.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a food service or related role.
- Language: English.
- Work Hours: 35 to 40 hours per week.
