Key Responsibilities- Operations Management: Develop and implement operational procedures to ensure efficient and effective management of the restaurant.
- Team Supervision: Supervise and manage a team of 11-15 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to perform their duties.
- Cost Control: Analyze and control costs associated with food, labor, and other expenses to ensure profitability.
- Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive excellent service, addressing any complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that stock is always available when needed.

- Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
- Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in MS Excel, MS Office, MS Outlook, and MS Windows.
- Transportation/Travel Information: Own vehicle or public transportation available.
- Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work under pressure, tight deadlines, and repetitive tasks.
