Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Strategic Fundraising Leader to join our team at Concepts (GTA) Inc.

This leadership position will oversee the development and execution of a comprehensive fundraising strategy, ensuring the financial sustainability of our organization.

As a key member of our leadership team, you will work closely with our CEO to identify and pursue opportunities for growth, build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, and drive results-oriented fundraising initiatives.

The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of fundraising principles, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve our mission.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and Execute Fundraising Strategy: Create and implement a comprehensive fundraising plan to achieve our financial goals.
  • Build and Maintain Stakeholder Relationships: Foster strong relationships with donors, partners, and other stakeholders to secure support for our organization.
  • Lead Fundraising Initiatives: Design and execute effective fundraising campaigns, events, and programs to drive results.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with our CEO, marketing, and development teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in fundraising leadership or a related field.
  • Proven track record of fundraising success, with a focus on strategic planning and execution.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Ability to inspire and motivate others to achieve our mission.
  • Strong understanding of fundraising principles, including major gifts, planned giving, and events.
  • Knowledge of donor relationship management software and other fundraising tools.
